Our body is an efficiency machine, and if we treat it right, it will help us by using it’s own fat stores for energy, which means more rapid weight loss!
We live in a culture where more often than not, we are consuming more than we need, and the body stores the excess as fat. So how can we actually turn the tables and help our body give us all the energy we need and burn our own fat in the process? This is what is called ketosis.
You may have heard of ‘keto diets’, which help your body do just that, but it’s not necessarily a sustainable way of eating, long term. Instead, use these tips in Part 4 of our 5 part series and get your body into fat-burning mode (ketosis) by eating healthy, whole-food meals in a certain way that is sustainable and easy.

I am not a fan of fads, gimmicks, pills, elixirs etc. when it comes to weight loss, are you? Those things are often unsustainable, expensive, and typically highly processed. It’s time to return to the way God intended it to be: eating real, whole foods from nature, lean protein and healthy fats the way He designed them. He’s our Creator, so wouldn’t the food He provided for us be the best solution for our health?
