I am not a fan of fads, gimmicks, pills, elixirs etc. when it comes to weight loss, are you? Those things are often unsustainable, expensive, and typically highly processed. Do you want to learn how to eat the good food God created, and use it to maximize your health and aid in weight loss? Me too! And that’s what this episode is all about.

We can easily over-complicate healthy cooking. So that’s why in Part 3 of our 5 part series we break down your two main meals: lunch and dinner. We can make it very simple to get all the nutrients we need without a big fuss or hours in the kitchen.

It’s time to return to the way God intended it to be: eating real, whole foods from nature, lean protein and healthy fats the way He designed them. He’s our Creator, so wouldn’t the food He provided for us be the best solution for our health?
