I am not a fan of fads, gimmicks, pills, elixirs etc. when it comes to weight loss, are you? Those things are often unsustainable, expensive, and typically highly processed. We can easily over-complicate healthy cooking. So that’s why in Part 3 of our 5 part series we break down your two main meals: lunch and dinner. We can make it very simple to get all the nutrients we need without a big fuss or hours in the kitchen.
It’s time to return to the way God intended it to be: eating real, whole foods from nature, lean protein and healthy fats the way He designed them. He’s our Creator, so wouldn’t the food He provided for us be the best solution for our health?

Why more water? When I lose weight, aren’t I losing ‘water weight’? If you’re doing it properly and healthily, actually, no. Adding more water to your daily routine is critical for not only weight loss, but so much more for a properly functioning body.
