God was no fool when He knit you together in your mother’s womb. He has intricately designed your being to encompass mental, spiritual and physical housing. The condition of your spirit and mind has direct effects, positively and negatively, on your physical body.
I had experienced this very clearly as of late, so it comes as no surprise that God wants to use that to speak a clear message to you today.
This is the final episode in Season 1 of the Healthy Christian Women podcast and I’ve got exciting news as to what’s in store for Season 2. Listen in and be blessed!

I’ve gotta confession. And I’m not sure if you’re ready for it, but if you’re thinking I’m ‘perfect’ and ‘have it all together’, Sister, you’re wrong!
**Caution: Listening may cause you to want to unsubscribe and think I’m not a worthy leader to follow, so listen at your own risk.**
But the Bible encourages us, “Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.” ~James 5:16 so that’s what I’m doing. Regardless of how you’ll respond, I know I will feel better.
Blessings upon you,
~Dr. Melody
“No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.” Hebrews 12:11
It is through self-discipline and God’s loving discipline that we cultivate a life that is thriving spiritually, mentally and physically. Your life is a product of your habits. Let’s build the discipline it takes to create habits that lead to healthy, vibrant and joyful life.
